The name Acid Mothers Temple refers to numerous groups bearing similar names. These groups include: Acid Mothers Temple & the Melting Paraiso U.F.O., Acid Mothers Temple & the Cosmic Inferno, Acid Mothers Temple SWR, and whatever other groups that are "true manifestations," as Kawabata Makoto puts it, of Acid Mothers Temple the future may bring. The aforementioned Kawabata Makoto is a guitarist and leader of the band. They put on amazing live shows with their psychedelic rock. They are a Japanese band formed in 1995.
