A fiddler from Champaign, Illinois, Alison Krauss, has been the most recognized face in contemporary bluegrass for the past 20 years. She has collaborated with such artists as Brad Paisley, John Waite, James Taylor, Natalie MacMaster and The Chieftains. She also has cut songs for such films as Cold Mountain, O Brother Where Art Thou? and The Prince of Egypt. Alison is currently touring with Robert Plant.
